Established in 2009 the Blue Lagoon is Yorkshire's premier open water swimming venue. The crisp and clean water is spring fed from the surrounding limestone that acts like a filter.
Our Coaches & Crew are leading industry experts who also advise and consult for the governing bodies of open water swimming & triathlon. Safety paddlers & support is always on hand.
The real magic though is our wonderful members who are probably the friendliest bunch of folk you'll meet!
Based in the very heart of Yorkshire in the lovely village of Womersley, The Blue Lagoon is easily accessible from the M62/A1 junction at Ferrybridge. Swimming at the Blue Lagoon is open to everyone but if you purchase an Evolve Swim Membership which can be purchased via our online store
