We have several weekly sessions to choose from at two great locations.
Swim Training for Open Water Swimmers & triathletes in Yorkshire!
Focusing solely on the freestyle (front crawl) stroke we follow the world famous Swim Smooth methodology. We focus on you the swimmer and ensure you are swimming the most effectively for your biomechanics. Session range from 60 to 90 minutes depending pool availability. The best thing about our session is the fun and camaraderie that is fostered within the group. That is what we are most proud of.
