Advanced Video Analysis & Stroke Correction

Our world renowned Video Analysis & Stroke Correction sessions are our most popular service. In the space of 75 minutes we will film you, perform a detailed analysis poolside on the laptop and then get you back in the pool to make instant corrections to your stroke. You will see and feel the benefits of this session immediately. You will leave the session with a copy of your video (inc annotations and voice recording) and also access to our training plans and resources to keep your swim improving after the session. Open Water Swim Coaching

During the summer months we have availability for coaching appointments at our stunning base The Blue Lagoon. Irrespective of your ability we can improve your technique, skills and confidence in the open water. 

These sessions are tailored to your exact needs and can include time discussing your race strategy and addressing any anxieties or concern you may have. 

Typically these sessions last 90 minutes. 

Bike, Run & Transition Coaching

From our base The Blue Lagoon in the heart of the Yorkshire Countryside we offer coaching in a range of triathlon or single discipline activities. Here is a selection of what we offer;
